You will create and mosaic your very personal expression of one of Debra’s signature surfaces. You can mosaic your Lady in the fashion you choose and top her with a gorgeous hat or choose to create your own type of fancy Bird with a decorative wing. Maybe you want to mosaic a stunning Big Beautiful Blossom or Fabulous Flower or create an unexpected Funky Fish.  Debra will guide you every step of the way and you will go home with a fabulous work of art.

SUPPLIES & MATERIALS PROVIDED

• handcrafted wood substrate with hanging hardware installed

• scrap glass, tiles, misc. tesserae

• adhesives

• grout

• filler, baubles, beads

• glass cutting tools, wire cutters

WHAT YOU BRING

• Mixed materials to make hats, dresses, wings, flowers (jewelry, beads, earrings, plastic, shells, wood, pearls, metal, china, etc.)

• Apoxie Sculpt in a complimentary color is helpful

• Stained glass if you have specific color in mind

• If you are in need of more fancy items and more this-and-that to put in your mixed media mosaic, Debra is now curating Custom Collections for purchase. She has been collecting for many years and would be happy to put together a package for you. She will select treasures from her studio to include flowers, leaves, baubles and beads designed around your desired color palette and based on your budget.
